To tell the truth, I wanted to dedicate this wine to a little hedgehog that I found dead right in the vineyard, probably bitten by a fox … But it seemed too sad, so I decided to dedicate it to the small animals that animate the vineyard which is also a little their home and their playground…. And where many times they also go to the “shopping” … Patience!
